Wholesale Seafood Distributor in New Orleans |
A Family Tradition Since 1897
For the Borges, seafood is a family business in the truest sense. Craig Borges’ New Orleans Seafood Co. is the modern-day face of a four-generation New Orleans fishmonger legacy. Craig Borges’ great-grandfather Manual Borges began selling seafood in 1897 in the port of New Orleans, which is now home to the bustling French Market.
Today, Craig carries on this proud tradition of serving one of America’s finest products—the world-class seafood of Louisiana and the Gulf—to the businesses that comprise Louisiana’s famed culinary landscape and to some of the finest restaurants in the nation.
